"Petaso" Rosso di Montepulciano is the result of a selection of grapes grown in the new Sangiovese plants and in small quantities of Merlot and vinified with the utmost attention and care to maximize its pleasantness and its drinkability. A good wine for the whole meal. Intense ruby red, rich in tannins with a decisive sip. Dry, prevalent cherry with a light note of vanilla in the finish. The olfactory sensations improve in the mouth. Pairings: Excellent with meats, cured meats and pecorino cheeses typical of the area. Alcohol content 14%. A wine capable of refining very well in the bottle for many years.
