Rosso di Montepulciano produced with 80% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot, Mammolo, Canaiolo, Colorino, and 10% Cabernet - Sauvignon. Garnet red in color, the nose is intense and floral with iris, plums and sweet spices. In the mouth it is soft, with good tannins and a pleasant acidity that supports its freshness. A seductive wine in the aromas of red fruit, cherries, a juicy fruit. Fresh, savory, fruity and round almost soft for a simple and daily drink. Pairings: It goes well with cold cuts and salami, pasta with meat sauce, risotto, roasted and grilled red meat and stewed white meats. Aging: In small French oak barrels for ten months. After bottling, it is aged in glass for 8 months in an air-conditioned environment. Alcohol content 13.5%.
