Pinot Nero Castello della Sala Antinori

Grapes: Pinot Noir 100% from Umbria. Its color is full ruby with a garnet edge. The nose is appropriately wild: berries, myrtle liqueur, leather, dried flowers and cloves. When tasted, it reveals its medium-soft body and savory minerality. The persistent closure is played on tones of aromatic herbs and earthy sensations.
Ideal accompaniment to duck breast, turkey, mature cheeses, pigeon, pasta.
