An elegant Amarone that shows savory dark cherries, dried herbs, dry earth and some cocoa beans. Juicy and flavorful, with lots of finesse and silky, refined tannins. Long and fresher than most, but not short of typical Amarone expressions. Unfiltered.
We suggest to all our wine drinkers who like dry fresh red wines.

This Amarone represents the highest expression of Valpolicella production. It is produced with the ancient method of grape drying. Deep red in color, with a spicy and intense bouquet and a full and persistent flavor.
A great match with game, red meats and aged cheese.
