The Chianti Classico wine comes from a manual harvest of Sangiovese grapes, combined with a small percentage of Canaiolo grapes, thus taking up what was the tradition of the past. Intense garnet red color, the nose reminiscent of licorice, berries and vanilla. In the mouth it is robust, with balanced tannins and great persistence. Excellent with first courses with sauce based on meat sauce, grilled meats in general, mature cheeses. Grapes: 95% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo.
