Our Fratolio Olive Oil is obtained only from olives harvested from specific centuries-old and more recent olive groves, which rapresent our company and which have a particular meaning for us.
Fratolio is oil produced in limited quantities, unfiltred, obtained from Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino Olives; Harvested by hand picking, generally between mid- October and mid- November.
Fratolio rapresents great Italian excellence; Oil is produced in our region Umbria and that is one of best certificates in Central Italy. Excellent to taste raw but also for cooking.
