Joaquin's Bianco "Dall'Isola" is a white wine born from the project of recovering old vines located on the island of Capri. The grapes left to dry for 30 days, give life to a precious and incandescent juice that smells of cedar, ash, jasmine and has the taste of the sea, of the light breezes that blow on the island, of the heat of the sun.
The "Dall'Isola" wine is a white wine produced with the grape varieties historically grown on the island of Capri: Greco, Falanghina, Biancolella and Ciunchesa.
Joaquin's White "Dall'Isola" is an unusual and particular expression. It is one of the few wines produced with grapes grown on the island of Capri and is made with the grape drying technique, to have a more intense, concentrated and aromatically rich white. The color is straw yellow with brilliant golden reflections. The nose recalls aromas of citrus, ripe yellow fruit, tropical fruit, cedar peel, almost balsamic hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is broad, persuasive, with juicy and satisfying fruit, which stretches with persistent aromatic richness towards a balanced freshness finish.
Ideal for light and medium-bodied white wines, which do not require oxygenation to open. Perfect match with first courses with vegetable sauce, smoked fish appetizers, risotto with vegetables or sea food, hot fish appetizers, pasta with white fish.
