Podere Grattamacco Vermentino 2023 Bolgheri Bianco Tuscany

100% Vermentino has a bright straw yellow color. The nose reveals aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, and white flowers, with mineral and spicy notes. Fresh, pleasant, savory, and persistent, with a remarkable balance between smoothness and minerality. Vinification takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in first-, second-, and third-use barriques, giving the wine complexity and structure. Aging completes its elegance. The wine is aged for four months in stainless steel barriques. It pairs well with seafood appetizers, fish-based first courses, shellfish, and white meats.
